"Products" refers to digital assets including but not limited to websites, templates, landing pages, admin dashboards, and other digital goods listed on the Platform. "Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing Products from the Platform.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to purchase Products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Product Listings
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, screenshots, and features are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be received in full before product delivery. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
6. License & Usage
Upon purchase, customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal and commercial projects. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original files
- Claim the Product as your own original work
- Share your download link or files with others
- Use the Product in a way that violates applicable laws
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion in case of technical issues that cannot be resolved. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
DigitalSell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Products or services.
9. Intellectual Property
All Products and content on the Platform, including but not limited to code, designs, graphics, text, and logos, are the intellectual property of DigitalSell or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
